Things You’ll Need: Measuring tape

1. Step 1

   

   Start with the chest. Take a deep breath and hold it. Measure 1 inch under your arms from left to right. Make sure to keep the tape level and comfortably loose.

2. Step 2

   

   For body length, measure from the highest point of your shoulder (at the neck seam) down to the edge of hem.

3. Step 3

   

   To get your sleeve length, measure from middle of the back of your neck to edge of sleeve hem seam.
