Rewards and Missing Points
You can find your Rewards card number using our look-up function at kidshibbett.com. Click here and select “Forgot Rewards #” to search by email or phone.
Your Rewards number is also located on the top right-hand corner of any Rewards emails you have received or on the back of your Rewards card. If you’ve synced or created a Hibbett.com account, your card number will be located within your account. Once you sign in, you’ll see your card number in the "My Account" section. If you’ve downloaded the Hibbett Kids app, you can locate your card number by clicking on the Rewards navigation link at the bottom of the app.
You can view your account details, Points and Awards, or create a new account.
Your Points balance is also available in the Hibbett Kids App. Open the app and click on the "My Account" icon at the bottom, then select "Rewards" from the menu. If you don't have a kidshibbett.com account, use the Sync Account feature on our website to create an online account.
Yes. Log in to your kidshibett.com account and click on your account profile link at the top right, then click on “My Account Dashboard.” In the dashboard, click on “Rewards” on the left navigation menu, then click on “Missing Points” and enter the necessary information from your receipt or online order. Your request will be processed within an estimated 72 hours of submission.
